Introduction
The Oz Walk is a fitness challenge that seeks to connect people with their own power to create good, both within and without. The Oz Walk encourages participants to improve themselves and their world by committing to a year of walking that will not only increase their personal health and wellness, but also their communities, by encouraging and facilitating charitable giving.
